  1. Yes, looking N from Edward St. Sam the Record Man has taken over the CIBC branch at Yonge & Gould. 197(?). I have color pics of Yonge closed for pedestrian walk and leisure looking S. from Gerrard around 1970-71. Planters, benches everywhere and long blue balloons over the street. Thanks John.
